Strikes me that the Buxton club has some extremely good model builders.'Baltic Trader' really good looking ship, I do like these small traditional cargo ships. I downloaded the plans, altered the scale size and printed the hull and boat to scale. Again this was the first and I now am looking forward to another project.
- redpmgCommodoreThat's a great looking model for your first scratch build - especially as you changed the size . Good planking job on the hull as well as the superstructure & detailing. You should post a build blog for your next project - would follow thatThat's a great looking model for your first scratch build - especially as you changed the size . - Graham93Vice AdmiralHi Martin,Hi Martin, Thanks for the reminder. I’ll do that later today. As for ‘what’s next?’ That’s a good question. I’m taking a break from model building for the next few months. I need a break from it and there’s lots to do around the house and garden. I’ll be sailing when I can, but not building. Doesn’t stop me thinking about what’s next though. I have a few ideas 🤔 Graham93

Graham started his latest project 6 months ago at the beginning of second lock down.
A truly magnificent working model example of engineering, woodworking, electronics perseverance and total dedication ! - I am sure all will agree !.

- jbkiwiFleet AdmiralNice job with the video Phil, especially liked the 'over the rail' shots of the deck and gear. Graham's done a brilliant job on her, and she looks to be sailing very nicely.Nice job with the video Phil, especially liked the 'over the rail' shots of the deck and gear. - jbkiwiFleet AdmiralGood to see the boat with Graham there, gives an idea of scale. Quite a bit larger than I imagined but should handle the bigger stuff. Looks so realistic in the bow close-ups.Good to see the boat with Graham there, gives an idea of scale. Quite a bit larger than I imagined but should handle the bigger stuff.
