Filming over water at low sun angles with reflection and glare, can be frustrating as conditions change, - it then all takes time editing to get a reasonable result . Just for fun I got "Sailor Sam" and wing man Dave to give hand with the filming.

Are other clubs suffering ???
Local BMBC member Mark did a great job clearing a large amount of weed from the main lake to allow the full size pedal boats and rowing boats to operate . Unfortunately further light "wispy" weed is still dethatching and presenting a problem for most of our members model boats.
Until the situation improves , we will be sailing at the Fountain Lake.
Thanks Mark for all your efforts !.

Nice calm day to "chuck" a sail on the front of my camera boat to maintain downwind speed when not using noisy power !!.
Due to weedy conditions , didn`t bother about no keel - Shall not do that again - AGH !!!
All equipment , RX, battery, motor ,esc and camera dried out, tested and OK.
Phew ! - that was lucky.
Just for fun !.
