You will have heard me talk about FOST, BOST and COST with relation to the Royal Navy, here is a video that show you what the final day of the training is like, ok it is and old video but it gives you the idea of what a ship goes through at several times during its life - and it is a pass or fail test - if you fail the whole ships has to redo the training.

Local BMBC member Mark did a great job clearing a large amount of weed from the main lake to allow the full size pedal boats and rowing boats to operate . Unfortunately further light "wispy" weed is still dethatching and presenting a problem for most of our members model boats.
Until the situation improves , we will be sailing at the Fountain Lake.
