This is my Caldercraft Sir Kay, but without the acoustic hammer, so finished as the Sir Geraint instead.

There was another beautifully built and weathered Sir Kay model that was displayed in the Rossendale Models shop window for several weeks before the owner collected it again.

Your model brought back some good memories of the model and its builder Brian Evan’s who was better known for his superbly detailed and finished Coastal Command models that could be seen making white water around the Bury Lido most Sunday mornings!

Sir Ray, as I wrote in my review of the St Canute model, these fantastic photos enhance an already beautiful boat.
The last photo is exceptional; it almost looks like the real thing, not a scale model. Three other images also look like real boats. Well done.

stunning pictures, I loved the black 'n' white pics as well as the one in front of sunset, and you did do much work on the weathering as well, a lovely set of pics and thanx for your message
