I acquired this boat with a Saito T2DR twin steam plant installed. It had been stored in a garage for 20+ years, and was in decent shape - all except the steam plant. It needed a complete overhaul and restoration. It took around 3 months to work out the bugs, but now it's running very well. It's my first live steam boat, and I'm hooked!

My Dad had this Saito boat with the same engine and boiler. He never ran it and I have it now. This will be one of my future projects. I have been into steamboats since the early 80's. Once you have one there will be others👍😊
