This is my scratch build German WW2 field tractor, ongoing process but does drive and currently undergoing a gearbox rebuild as the old drill motors felt the pain on tight turns.. Also has new prototype body from the Version 3 which I think only a few were ever in filed use.
Has sound and lights. A combination of 3d printed parts and aluminium, all the drives shafts are with bearings along with the road wheels.. Still a way to go, but time ain't the issue I hope. Although nothing is a given ..

That is a really nice field tractor that must be great fun to build and drive.

It is also nice (for me) to see someone else who manages to cope with working in a very full workshop.

Every time I want to do something, I have to move something else to make some space for it, and I have become quite adapt at walking around things and squeezing past things that are โ€œin the wayโ€ as well as having to reach for things that are not as easy to access as they could beโ€ฆ.etc.

I admire those that have a spacious clean and tidy workshop, but if I had a larger workshop, it would probably get filled with more projects and machines etc, so I would not end up gaining any extra free space!

Your field tractor has inspired me to do some more work on my r/c model tanks when I get back home next time.

I work with 1/16 scale model tanks - mainly from the Cold War era, and my current project is a British Conquerer tank that I want to run alongside my Centurions.

    Bob.

Changed transmission to 90ยฐ bevel gears as original belt idea was a total pain under pressure. Camo paint added and moving forwards with MR baked beans animatronic 1/6th crew, nowt fancy just a head nod and a guy drinking in the rear. Have the tarp cover to sew.
And an odd one here but----- I now think I need a larger work space. I should have taken up 1/16th models
