About this boat
This an Asheville class gunboat. Hull is fiberglass and was purchased. Everything else is scratch built. Operating features include radar, lights, smoke, rotating forward turrent and anchor (Motor: Mabuchi (surplus)) (10/10)

All that was missing was the weight of the ship and the number of propeller blades but that didn't matter.

I built this one about 40 years ago. Power is twin Mabuchi 850 size motors 12V with 2:1 speed reduction by belt drive.
