    The Model Boating Association of South Africa (MBASA) is a new non-profit organisation founded in 2024 to promote, develop and protect the art and science of model boat building and sailing for future generations. The Organisation acts as an advocacy group for model boating enthusiasts and provide funding for affiliated model boat clubs to ensure the future of model boating as a recreational sport and hobby in Southern Africa.
