    I have just purchased this ship, and was wondering if anyone knows which Co. the model was made by. The name they have given it, is wrong,( "Serbistan") of the Strick Line, as the ship was totally different. I believe it is a model of a ship built by J.Redhead & Co. of South Shields in the 1960's. The model is almost exactly like the first ship i joined in 1966 named "Trefusis" owned by the Haines Nourse Co. which was built by J.Redheads, in 1961. The model is made of plastic, and is 4' 7" long. (1405 mm) so is quite big one. It is of very good quality, judging by the fittings, and how it is assembled. Thanks. Andy.
