Making a double pulley. Drill 1.5mm In a thin sheet of aluminium Put a brass side on a panel pin followed by a alI sheave then the alI sheet another sheave and finaly a brass side. Knock pins through the outer holes & solder all together. Being aluminium the sheaves will still rotate. I used 8 on the falls to the life boats. One on the top of the anchor davit this Is to raze & lower the gang plank. 🔨
