Good evening all, I have decided ti make a start on a project of a passenger boat MS Oldenburg that operates closely to where I live (Bristol channel) and is currently moored in sharpness dry dock just across the river from me in the Forest of Dean, for winter maintenance and refit!
Feel free to follow along. I shall be heading to the local hobby shop this week to gather materials and supplies. Ile keep you all updated as I progress. 😊 Hope you like the build.

I just started to build the MS Oldenberg myself , just finnish planking the hull . This morning fiberglassed the port side of the hull. liked the look of the ferry myself, have never built a semi scale before so i thought why not have a go . Have had fun so far hope you enjoy your build. Have worked out my drive line and will be ordering the componets soon.

Jealous! I love the ferry boats. If I were 20 years younger I would be building this as you are! I have the smaller ferry with just the one letter difference in the name! Complete with passengers.
