It was actually designed as a half-sized Sea Queen - hence the name - though it could equally be a smaller Sea Commander. I append a video of one running:
What motor are you thinking of driving it with? It's quite light, so it can be quite fast if overengined - the video shows one with a 36mm outrunner ...Liked by jacko - wow a bit to fast for me will post video later after a pond ride monday went to pond as its monday but no battery ☹️
