built this my first attempt at a total build cutting all frames and planking the deck its only 23" long

few more bits added including Parker so the boat is now Named Lady P 😊

It was actually designed as a half-sized Sea Queen - hence the name - though it could equally be a smaller Sea Commander. I append a video of one running:
What motor are you thinking of driving it with? It's quite light, so it can be quite fast if overengined - the video shows one with a 36mm outrunner ...
That is very good for your first attempt, you will now find that you just get better and better at it.
