I’ve started and so far (touch wood) not had any real issues, made up jig to hold everything straight. Am still unsure what power option to go with, Enya 60 is out of my old Sea Queen, but think may use the brushless motor 😀.

I thought I would give a update on how the build is going, it’s slow going as I’m working a couple of weeks night shift 🙁 anyway, I have got as far as fitting the wood strips along the sides.

Hi Pete
Nice looking kit.
I am in the process of upgrading my 46” Keil Craft Crash Tender, I see you are going to use a brushless motor what size/ type motor are you going to use?
as others have said measure twice - cut once, try fit twice - glue and pin once, taking your time is no bad thing, rushing this type of work only results in a poor end product and rework of rushed work. Im still working on mine over a year after starting
Ah, the good old days!
