I dont think that a telephone call will actually get the parts you believe are missing. I would suggest that the absolutely best way to get to the completed parts is to mark up the plans/instructions indicating what is missing. if you email that to them, I am sure they will then make/remake the parts you need. I know they are a newish business as I have met one of the directors, and have 100's of very satisfied customers both at home and overseas. I am sure they have sold kits to Australia and USA so they are not a 'fly by night' operation.
If you clearly show on a marked up sketch, what is missing/wrong, and email it to their address, I am positive they will get the parts out pronto.
I have been to their unit and can vouch for their honesty and integrity with me at least.
