Hello again

Thanks ,Trev

The T-shirt is of the now defunct shipyard where I served my apprenticeship and worked until sadly the government saw fit to shut her, got it off the internet then found out they were made by a guy I had worked with , small world

Hello again

Hi Marky,

That all sounds quite nasty, just keep well away from things like roses and other dangerous objects.
Yes, the command and control centre was finished last year and we had quite a few weekends away in it, including the Blackpool show and Warwick. We are using it sparingly at the moment, the price of fuel isn't helping.
My health is none too good, the spirit is willing etc. I'm still on dyalisis three times a week and this often leaves me in a state where I feel too ill to do anything. Walking is very difficult, a few paces using a walker and that's it. Also, I find it difficult to raise the energy to do anything constructive. I have four boats needing attention or finishing and I'm struggling to do anything about them.
Hope you continue to improve, at least we are both still here.

Cheers, Nerys

Hello again

Hi, Nerys.
I just caught my thumb on a rose bush the next thing my hand looked like a blown up rubber glove 😭 due to my immune system being dodgy at the time ,all better now though and only a few treatments to go with the numbers starting to go in the right direction .
Are you keeping well? And did you get your mobile command centre finished?

Well shipmate, you certainly got the point that time,
But take care, leave the wife to do the gardening.
Stay safe and keep yourself well, cheers Colin.

Hello again

Hello Marky,

Nice to see you around again, how on earth did you come to have a fight with a rose bush, always thought gardening was dangerous.

All the best, Nerys

Hello again

Sorry about the long delay in replying, just after reporting back for duty I caught a bit of a infection would you believe from a rose thorn ,so back into hospital for more pandering. That's me up and about again avoiding anything sharp , quite hard to do things wrapped up in bubble wrap 🤣🤣, have been giving the workshop a bit of a much needed clean ready for the next project.
Hope everyone is keeping well .
