The hardest part is trying to coordinate all this. Get the information, take three quarters off the bow and stern closeup photos, Etc.

There are quite a few more that needs to be added.

What a great idea!
I love that there is info including builder, owner, kit vs scratch, kit #, scale, enhancements, etc. along with pictures.
If I had the skills, I think I would attempt this for our club.
For what it's worth, my vote is for you to update it :-)

I do believe we have a section on this site called Boat Harbour where members have provided details and pictures of their models.
I can understand your desire for some form of register but this would be a mammoth undertaking and the upkeep doesn't bear thinking about. I maintain my own club's website and we have a section showing all our past and present member models. Should you have the odd hour or two to spare you are welcome to visit

how good is that what great shots and how useful as well it just seemed to be as us novices its great inspiration to new modellers ive never met a group of chaps who have been so helpfull restores ones faith in the common man

Some years ago I created this (link: http://ssmbc-fl.org/SSMBC-Photos-Members-Gallery.htm ) for our club, the Suncoast Scale Model Boat Club, in Florida. The purpose was for others to look at to see if anyone had built a model similar to what they are looking for, then they know who to contact. This is has not been updated, I never heard any comments on its usefulness.
