For what its worth I use doll house figures to go with my 1/14 scale R/C trucks.
Also if you are looking for 1/24 scale figures you can look at G-scale, which is the same as garden railroad figures. Len

Your request is very specific. 1/12 is dollhouse scale, I was able to find dollhouse figures on AMAZON, ultimately they came from Germany. Somewhat generic men however in several positions & already painted, you could add details. I also found a cat+mouse drinking milk out of a shallow bowl, a standing cat, & a parrot for my Johnny Depp pirate. High end toy shops here carry a line of animal figures from Germany, my collection is owls per photo. Minnie Mouse was CDN$3 @ Dollarama altho she will need to be standing on a box to see over the ship's wheel.
