Fairey huntsman Cabin refit

Thanks Roy for the advice going to try get a sheet of thin metal I’ve seen in B+Q it’s pretty thin so going to cut template if screen out and make the window frame on both sides of the screen then hopefully bend them both to match the back and front of the screen then stick to top of hull long way off that yet lol white metal fittings kit next

Oh mate you've cracked it ! That is one lovely restoration. Where did you get the decal for the side of the cabin?

If / When you do the fitted round screen I have done a couple of these now. I have taped off the outline of the supports and used 2 coats of paint to represent the frames seems to work OK.

Well I think for a first time restoration with a huntsman with a bit of guidance I don’t think I’ve done too bad couple of days sanding and primer and a bit more filler and a sand and another couple of coats of primer should do
