    That is a Graupner #2149 Loschkreuzer Weser "Fireboat".
    I don't have much more than that ... but with that info, maybe you can find what you're looking for.

    So far my collection resembles "The Island of Misfit Toys". I've picked up several boats that are old builds and have been neglected. I'm giving them the TLC they need, hoping to bring them back to their former glory. Once I get enough practice/ experience I intend to take on a full build.

    Hi Stephen the first German rescue boat Graupner did was the Theodor Heus. They also did a larger scale one but name gone for the moment. I think that one had a fire monitor on as well.
    Era was the 60's - 70's. I think after that they were called SAR....

    I was visiting Munich Science museum back in 1992 and the boat was parked in the museum area and you could go on it. It was surprisingly small and stank of fuel oil!

    I have in my stores of odd boats A old graupner weisna sorry my German spelling isn't good the one photo I could find of it, has any one plans of it and any info will help, I have a box of parts but not sure what goes where and what era was it
