The boat in my kit wears the number 156 and has sea grey deck and superstructure.
So obviously a later version after lessons learned the hard way! .

Later versions of this had added deck guns too.

Even if you had to sacrifice a Hurricane kit, or was it a Boulton Paul Defiant?
The fighter with a sting in it's tail?
The yellow deck etc shows the original early war months paint scheme.
Which they rapidly learned made them easy and attractive targets for Stukas, JU87s and 88s.😮💥☹️So quickly changed to Sea grey!!

Have started building the Vosper MTB and the SAR boat but stopped at the 'how do I paint this or convert to RC?' stage.
The E Boat is still in the box but has been checked out for load capacity for a 'Plastic Magic' RC project. It's big enough, just😉

Had all of those aircraft (and then some) back when I was a kiddywinky (back when bananas were an exotic fruit and buses 'hung' from cables strung over the streets😁) but they all got shot down over my back yard battleground💥☹️
