I'll throw in my 2-cents as Luis is still going strong with his 3D printed figures. He hasn't rejoined Shapeways yet, but he does multiple scales in a selection of armies, navies, and air forces.

Sasa had a shop on Shapeways, but is on his own now. He lists some 1/40 fittings and weapons. They are not cheap. ๐Ÿ˜”

    Steve,
You might want to inquire and see if they are 3D printing or injection molding these parts. If it is3D printing, they likely will be able to adjust the scale from 1/32 to 1/40. (I know I can do this with my software and create the STL files the printer needs.) Only restriction is if there are any parts that might wind up too thin or small to print. Sometimes that can easily be fixed. Going from a printable 1/32 scale to a 1/40 scale model is not a real big difference.

    Hi Tim

The original armourment was a single bow mounted 40 mm Bofors gun and a twin 20 mm Oerlikon cannon aft. These along with 4 deck mounted torpedos.

There is a lot of deck detail in the Slec kit with lockers mounts etc..

    Hi Steve,
Just out of interest what would the Perkasa had as deck guns? Also what other small deck fittings would it have had?
    Best wishes Tim

Hi, I finished my Slec Perkasa last year, I used the fittings in the kit and added a bit more detail to the guns.
I did look on the Shapeways website but found the price of the 3D parts excessive.

When in doubt it never hurts to try and loose yourself in ETSY. A lot of the shapeways artists market their stuff there now.
    Here's an example...

    Thanks Neil

Battlecrafts look superb, but unfortunately the Slec Perkasa is at an odd scale of 1:40 โ˜น๏ธ
