Too bad it didn't have a function for the decks boy to clean up the mess on the deck....

No serious, this is an incredible and amazing job. The detail is just out of this world.

Wonderful model, simply amazing detail. I love it!
So far my collection resembles "The Island of Misfit Toys". I've picked up several boats that are old builds and have been neglected. I'm giving them the TLC they need, hoping to bring them back to their former glory. Once I get enough practice/ experience I intend to take on a full build.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep."

And the Spirit of Alexandre moved upon the face of the waters.
And Alexandre said, Let there be light: and there was light.
And we saw the light, and it was good.😉

Hello Sauter,
I'm lucky enough to have a basement of 80m² to store my equipment and boats. They're all stored in wooden crates.
I stack them in the corners of the workshop and cover them with fabric to protect them from dust.

Now, I am seriously interested in your means of transportation and/or the type of case or box do you use for your incredible works?

trawler Toirette

Hello everyone,
I present to you my trawler, "Le Toirette," from the port of Guilvinec in France in the 1950s.
The model is in 1:10 scale.
I built it between 2012 and 2017.

Boat specifications:
- Length 1.37 cm
- Width 0.47 cm
- Weight 40 kg in working order.

This model has 13 functions:
- Diesel sound system
- Masthead lights
- Cabin lighting
- Searchlights
- The captain maneuvers the helm from port to starboard
- The captain operates the gear lever in forward and reverse
- The winch unwinds and retracts
- The fishing poles lower and raise
- The cook opens and closes the rear door
- Water flows into the galley sink thanks to a water pump
- The radar is powered by a geared motor
- An electric motor drives the windshield wiper blade
- One of the sailors scans the horizon with binoculars (he raises and lowers his arms and moves his pelvis from left to right)
