Loading video on to the site.

It's best first uploaded to YouTube.

Start with going here: https://www.youtube.com/upload

Once uploaded, copy the video URL into a new post where it says "Link YouTube Video"

Can anybody advise how to load a video onto the site.
A step by step guide would be helpful.
