The Condor add was one of the first adverts that the AMS was involved with, it was set up by Roger Suters (think that's how you spell his name) then founder of the AMS.
The "T" class is a John Darnell boat, this and the speed boat were made by my late friend and work colleague Alf Blake, two "T" class boats were used in the add, one had the bow cut off so that the torpedo could be fired along a wire, and the other was the one seen rising of the lake bed.

Reminded me My brothers and I (there are 5 of us) used to get my grandpa 100 players ciggies and 5 hamlet cigars every Christmas . He used to smoke players through the week and smoked Consulate on a Sunday to give his throat a rest😂.
