Thank you this is made with aluminum and requires welding but all in all very nice plans I will look at it to use PVC tubing.

All my boats are from 36" to 47" Steam boat is the heaviest at about 30 pounds Tug is smallest and Dusseldorf is longest. the steam boat will be the biggest problem because I will have to fire boiler befoe placing in the water.. the cement wall depending on water hieght is about a 6" high where you stand the about a foot down to the water.
The water is full of Goose poop very nasty.

It might help if you were to describe the types and sizes of your boats. I have several suggestions, but I build large craft, 6-9 ft, so my ideas may not be of any help to you.
On the smaller sized boats, I have seen a cradle and sling arrangement also serves as a nice display cradle. Also the hand truck, or luggage truck, those collapsible ones you see people using to move their luggage at airports, seems to work quite well.
