I found an article on the net how to replace the servo rudder to a mini servo och place it under under the rear deck. In this way I can hide everything. So now I will buy a new mini servo and rebuilt the rear deck (I had to crash It to make the replacement).

Yes, but it is a little bit of history 😉 it's a MabuchI RE-56 and I connected it to a battery and the motor worked, after 40 years!

I've got this boat from my brother in law 40 years ago! He had start to built it, but get tired. I found it when we moved about a year ago. Then I started to restore it and make it ready for it's first launching 😊
