BAWA originally stood for British Aerospace Welfare Association. This association changed its name to BAWA Health and Leisure in 1992. The show is being held in their building which is situated in its own extensive grounds with ample parking. In its 13th year, this event is being led this year by Mainline and Maritime supported by the usual organisers Coastal Shipping magazine. For the third year, the North West Ship Show will take place at Old Christ Church, Waterloo Road, Waterloo, Liverpool on 30 September 2017. Organised by Coastal Shipping magazine, there will be exhibitors and traders from across the UK with books, photos, postcards, model boats, collectables, ephemera, boat kits and artwork.
In its third year, this show has moved from Edinburgh to the west. It will be held in Greenock Town Hall, Cathcart Square, Greenock from 10.00 - 15.30. There will be exhibitors and traders from throughout the UK with: books, photos, postcards, model boats, collectables, ephemera, boat kits and artwork.
This show is now in its 12th year. For 2017 it is being moved to Gordano School Sports Centre, St Mary's Road Portishead. As usual at this event there will be a range of items on display/ for sale including books, photos, postcards, model boats collectables, ephemera and art work. North West Ship Show at Old Christ Church, Waterloo, LIVERPOOL L22 1RE on Sat 1 October from 10.00 to 15.30. Six model boat clubs have static displays there; as well as all other shipping related stalls - books, potcards, artwork, ephemera etc....

Hi Yes, there is some parking in front of the leisure centre, but if this is full when you arrive turn back out of there, turn left and head for the Travel Lodge/Lidl park, looking to park in the white unrestricted bays at the back(not the red bays). If that fails there is ample parking if you turn left down Martingale Way towards Allied Housing. Any of this parking can be used on Saturdays, and it is just a short walk back to the Leisure Centre.
