I did fibreglass the hull with Eze Kote and a very light sheet of silk like material. I didn't take any photos at the time, but it was a very easy process to do.

This is the third model that I have made that has a planked hull, first was a static model of a Danish old cargo sailing vessel, second was a RIVA speedboat. This ARTUR is an old kit that was in someones loft for years and never been built so I am giving it life! All the best with yours.

Have just purchased this old kit that was going to be skipped after a house clearance. It's an all wooden construction so a lot of fret and jigsaw work. I think the kit is from the 80's, made in Eastern Europe.

Did some work on Corvette, upgraded to 2.4ghz, fitted working nav lights, fitted new servo and battery pack. Restarted work on GUERNSEY, fitted prop shaft and rudder mount, made up motor mounting.
