I left the propshaft and that was that never put a lot of detail to it as I wanted to sail it But plenty of time to do it all again in the winter

Yes upgraded the motor to a torpedo 850 12 blots on an electronize 15 amp esc. Goes quite well

Working radar
I think there is some sort of servo that does it. An internet search for rc model boat radar servo may help.

Are the leads plugged into the rx the right way.? Also if there is a fuse fitted is it a good one.
