Hi Shipmates,
Did some more work on the cockpit.
The roof is next, I tried to seal it to stop dust getting in, as a lot of sanding and filling will still be required.
Added a couple of led lights for the interior.

Have spent some time painting the interior and adding Perspex windows to the wheelhouse, added a man and some extras, laptop, book, pencil, etc.

I have been on Holiday, so this is a minor update, have added the middle window to the cabin.
Have purchased a scale chair for the driver, which will need some modifications before fitting.

Hi Shipmates,
As usual another error, the latest sliding door was not in the right position due to the frame being too far back, thus no gap between door and the rear cabin window, it was difficult to remove, but got it off and repositioned the frame and door.
Previous to this I added a steering wheel and started to clad the front of the wheel house.

Coming along well, looking really good.
I never heard of of Jurmo class, (I never heard of a lot of things) so I looked it up. Quite an interesting subject, and unique choice for a model. Now that the steering wheel is in, its almost finished. 😁 I'll be looking forward to this build.👍👍👍 ▲

A few more minor additions:-
Completed basic construction of armour shield on top of cargo cabin both sides completed.
Added strips to represent a ladder rack in the roof of the cargo cabin about 5mm x 1mm, up to the fore deck doors.
Cut window hole and attached port sliding door to the main cabin.
Also put some sides to the foot well of the control desk inside the main cabin.

Hi Shipmates,
I added a flaring to the cargo body, and a movable armour shield top piece on to the rear of the cargo body, this can be inverted to provide some protection for the helmsman. on the model it is fixed down (otherwise I wouldn't be able to see were I'm going) joke.
Truth, too much work and a breakable extra.
Added to this a small shaped piece of ply on one side of the armour, other side to do .
Cut a window in the first sliding door (starboard) of the rear cabin
Cut out a second sliding door (port)
