My version will be printed at 75% giving a hull length of 22 inch, beam 5 3/4 inch (558.8 mm x 146 mm). hull printed in five sections and glued together Files are free on Thingiverse.

A bit more done on my Tug, the only part that is wood is the deck.
Waiting for prop shaft's and coupling's.
Have sealed the hull with two coat's Z-Poxy

That's one of the main, and oldest of the 3D forums/exchanges I mentioned.
They also have links to guys who will print stuff for you; e.g. Shapeways or private guys with a little 'sideline'.

Being a tight a** I have printed two UV joint's for the Tug OK for low power use but no good for IC, also the main winch. UV joint drilled for M4 prop shaft and 2.3 mm motor shaft with two M4 Allen Socket Hex Head Grub Screws in each.

You are not kidding about the fumes - welcome to the gas chamber - cutting ABS on a laser gives off Cyanide gas - yet people still do it ................
Not much more done,daughter working from home and taken over my build space😔, have another go later.Everything 3D printed apart from motors and prop shafts,even props and uv joints are printed
