Real happy with the progress . It’s my first build from a drawing.
Put a layer G4 on it tonight to waterproof and harden the wood

Good to see a traditionally built model hull. This is a skill that develops over succesive builds and provides hours of pleasure in the process. Please keep posting your progress as your build progresses.

It would make a more interesting blog if you could detail the build
ie how you dealt with skinning and what type of glue you use, it really helps those who are beginners in model making.
