There are several people advertising on ebay and elsewhere who make some excellent guns/armament etc . by 3d printing for War gamers (such as Bolt action). They are usually to war gaming scales which don't match model boat scales. All the people that I have contacted have been more than happy to rescale for me. Obviously you will have to negotiate a new price. The only problem is that you can't do private deals on ebay as all purchases must go through them so they get their cut. It is not really a problem just an annoyance. The dealer sends a separate invoice through ebay you pay through ebay. I have been tempted by Shapeways but have been put off by horrendous charges. it seems going back over the drawings what i am after is ww2 r/n deck gun two barrels 1.25th scale ive spent so much time on my raf tender thats 1.14th that ive got the measurement on the brain

First off and without being snotty, what kind, nationality ect, deck guns are you looking for? 1/14th is an off scale. That said there are numerous designers of 3d fittings that are, most likely, more than happy to scale their product to your needs.
If you give more specific information as to the weapons you are aftr, I will happily steer you to a few appropriate designers.
