I have had plans from the RNLI (the last was the Arun) but I am not sure they still provide plans as they withdrew the service some years ago.
The following link should enable you to build a model to any scale.

The RNLI is very helpfull and when you tell why you want the plans they will sent them. I asked for the TAMAR plans received them but the come without the details of the frames to produce the hull. I have the plans enlarged to the 1/12 scale.

I am reliably advised that if you contact the RNLI direct at their headquarters in Poole ,address and telephone number below they will supply any plans for any of the boats they have.
Unsure regarding scale or cost.
