Yes this works much better, just do not know yet if it discoloured over time

I came to the same conclusion about XG281.
Works out at about €1 per cm over here.☹️

Update, I am using now tin/silver 97/3 with griffon universal flux. Works a charm!
The XG281 is verry expensive and did not work as well as this
