Hi Stephen,
I think we have a case here with SerenaZ.😠
She has registered under a false flag; Location given as Singapore.
In actual fact she turns out to be the Contact for a machine tool company 'Rhino' in Jinan City, Northern China. Thousands of miles from Singapore. See attached 'About us' from their website.
Recommend deleting the account.
