So far my collection resembles "The Island of Misfit Toys". I've picked up several boats that are old builds and have been neglected. I'm giving them the TLC they need, hoping to bring them back to their former glory. Once I get enough practice/ experience I intend to take on a full build.

I have the most amazing wife in the world.
As I'm turning 60 this year and the date doesn't work out, I've already received my present.
On August 25, 2024, I'll be taking a 7-hour trip from Cuxhaven to Hamburg on the "CAP SAN DIEGO". With everything that goes with it.
Breakfast, lunch and coffee including a complete tour of the "CAP SAN DIEGO" including the bridge and engine room.
I still can't believe it. How awesome.......
