The ceiling is falling on my head.

I'm a bit frustrated.
I haven't got round to tinkering since I last posted here. My foot is still swollen and I'm praying to God that the joint capsule hasn't been damaged.
My wife has already tried to bring in parts of my boat, but that's no good either.
I know me.......then I've just started and then I need a little file or something.
Nah, I'm not up for that either.
But I'll get back to it at some point, I promise.

A common mistake is to switch on the transmitter and receiver in the wrong order. The transmitter must be switched on first, then the receiver.

Here are a few more pictures of Heligoland's nature. You can get as close as 30 metres to the seals. On the highest point of Heligoland you could watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. That was sensational.

Here are a few more pictures of Heligoland On the "Lange Anna", the free-standing rock on Heligoland, "guillemots" and "basses" breed at this time of year. An incredible spectacle. You can get so close that one of the gannets bit me on the finger. Well, I was holding it out. So it was my own fault.

I had the same problem with my Zwarte Zee. The screw was only 0.5 cm out of the water. Apart from the appearance, this is not a problem with the feed. But it is with reverse thrust.
Then the propeller sucks in air and water is sprayed up. And the driving and steering characteristics are no longer given.

So...I've finished the rear curve of the deck and glued it.
Don't worry, the excess at the end of the deck will be sanded down later. Now I just have to make curved strips on the sides.

Small upgrade
I've just been to the rear timbers. I took a few leftover pieces of wood of the same thickness and painstakingly sanded them into round timbers, it fits... the problem and I noticed it later when all the round strips were finished... it's completely different wood, so I'll do it again but now I have templates🤣
So I glued 3 normal strips lengthwise and called it a day.
When they're dry, I'll carry on
