Cheers Doug. The channels I have used are 3 = right stick for throttle 4 =left stick for steering. I know it's an odd set up but I can re jig once I get it going. (I tested with the rudder servo to id which is which...

    Thanks Nick๐Ÿ‘
If you don't want to use a separate RX battery then just reconnect ONE of the red wires from the P94, but NOT BOTH๐Ÿ˜‰ and all should be well.
Unusual channel selection on the RX though!
I prefer to use stick controls Chs 1 and 2 or 1 and 3 for motor and steering.
Let us know how you get on.
    Cheers, Doug๐Ÿ˜Ž

Hi Doug. Hope these photos are clear enough. I was wondering where the power to the receiver was coming from with no +V connected, I didn't want to try anything drastic in case the magic smoke appeared!

Hi Nick. Yep I do know the difference, thanks for asking๐Ÿ˜
    Seriously though folks ...
    First off - BOTH P94 and P94L versions have a BEC output, 5V 2A.
Second: Re "I followed the instructions and removed the red wires from the two plugs that connect to the receiver".
Begs the question - Do you have a separate RX battery?
If not then you have disconnected the BEC supply from the P94 and the RX has no voltage supply, ergo 'Not a peep'๐Ÿค”
    Third: the physical differences are:
The P94L is the 'Lite' version with 10A rated FET output transistors per ESC.
The P94 has different FETs rated at 20A and needs two heatsinks which stick out through the lid of the case. See attached pics.
Please post photos of your version and wiring, or a wiring diagram / Sketch.
    Cheers, Doug๐Ÿ˜Ž

Hi, does anyone know what the physical difference between the P94 and the P94L dual esc from Action is? My example has P94 on the label and instructions for P94L. I know the 94L is the bec version. I followed the instructions and removed the red wires from the two plugs that connect to the receiver and connected up as per the instructions. Nothing, not a peep. Any one have any thoughts?
