Adam from mountfleetmodels.co.uk is where I bought most of my 1/24th scale coastal forces figures from when they have a marque at some of the Kirklees model boat club regattas, they used to cost around £6 but that's a few years ago.
deansmarine.co.uk do 1/24th scale naval figures at about £6.92.
I have also seen resin printed figures from jagerhobby based in Hull. The owner is the new chairman of the York model boat club.
The detail on those are very fine, at around £10. All types need painting.🙄 Hope that is of some help.
