zooma 😣 if we had had the stone weather forecast at our York Model Boat Club Reggata this Sunday it would have been rotating round it's string like a mad propeller blade. No rain but strong gusting winds and the lake was like the sea at Scarborough 😣😏.
I had 10 minutes sailing my MTB boat through the choppy waves and came back in with about a half pint of water in the stern. Not a good day's weather for the Regatta this time, unfortunately 😣😥 but we had a good natter with old friends 😁.

In Oldham we used to say, "If you can see Hartshead Pike (a folly on top of Hartshead hill) then it's going to rain, if you can't see Hartshead Pike it's already raining.
