the Kitty plan...I did try to search it in vain too,but try to look e.g. here > https://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=5056.0
It´s hard to say , but the only thing I can advise you now, try to enlarge the picture of Kitty under sails (you will find it on the net), then find a sailplan of some barge that has similar rigging there, and
  compare the sailplan for your model.
When I built my models, I did the same. As I looked at sb Kitty model photos, I think the orginal plan is probably very simplified. Then, as far as the details are concerned, it is good to do them also by photos, or use parts from Mastman.

Thank you for the detailed information but it is the free plan from the April 1999 model boats magazine that I need . I have inherited a partly completed model of this boat and wish to complete it.

Thank you to everyone who has offered help with information on the model barge Kitty , the links have proved most useful. I have tracked down a copy of the magazine from 1999 but alas no free plan included ! Still looking . Thank you .

I found this> Barge Kitty model

Issue 581 of Model Boats was April 1999. The mag is marked Vo149 No 581 2 APR-29 APR 1999. 
There's a 9 page article with a multitude of pics to help anyone building this model .
Sorely I have not this issue -maybe somebody can help.

Thank you for your reply to my post regarding Kitty. I have inherited a complete model of Kitty that is quite well built but feel the sails have been cut and hung slightly wrong. Hence my request for the original plan. I will take guidance from your suggestions of other similar models as a reference to the correct sail patterns . Thank you kindly .

Kitty was a plan by Richard Webb, he had a web site www.scalemodelboatyard.co.uk , sorely very long time not availlable.
There exists more tsb plans , put > thames sailing barge model plans < into Google.
I think you could choose something ..if you are thinking about RC model ... I would recommend some finished hull. There are also a number of other barge plans, such as Lady Daphne or Veronica. Model Veronica goes to buy as a kit from Traplet -

 On the Internet are also reduced plans of other barges, but these must be adjusted for the construction of the model.
