Addiction

That is excellent. I and my wife both enjoy seperate hobbies however both are creative. She is a quilter and has her own garage/granny flat that is air conditioned and fully sealed, enabling her to work undisturbed. Travels around Australia every few months working with others to develop her hobby.
In the meantime I hopefully am having my garage built in August, so i can get my model boats out of two bedrooms and at the moment, the kitchen, to work on them. (It is snowing a few hours away and to ##### cold to work outside.)

That's wonderful you and your wife hobby together.A member of my train club has to hide every thing he buys from his wife as she will not let him have a set up in the house. I'm lucky as my wife supports my trains and boats .

I suppose I'm one of the lucky ones that has a partner that shares the hobby.
I also help with my wife's hobby of collecting vintage model lorries and busses.
And we both enjoy our vintage model railway collection.
I suppose we are both addicted to modelling, as my wife also designs and builds 1/12th scale dolls houses, I usually get involved in the cutting out and the hidden wiring.
It's just the way we are, our grandchildren love what we do and especially the 5 year old boy as he likes to be involved. It's a pity we live 30 miles apart.

Well I like to try and keep a few in the house on various shelves. On top of the wife's dolls house. On top of the dragon's vivarium. That takes care of 8 of them.
There are 20 in my show trailer, and there is a few in the attic.
The rest are in my garage/workshop, sometimes I can even get my car in, along with the model railway system and my workshop tools and equipment.
Sometime soon I will have to build a bigger transport show trailer.
Cheers Colin.

Collin, where do you put them all? Many of my plastic plane kits are stored away carefully and rotated out to fly on the ceiling. Cannot do that with boats.🥴

It is nice to know that you are getting these boats shipshape again.
Continue with the good work and fill the Harbour.
