Found this tiger Bandit obl speed boat and all good except these securing magnets for the cover that have corroded a new set as per the photo are impossible to obtain just wondered if anyone had any alternative securing methods ?

Esc enters set up ok
Push throttle forward then centre red light comes on 👍then reverse .... but motor still just runs continuous ?

Hi Nerys I have acquired two boats that needed some TLC ... one has passed bath trials after initially having a leak or 3 ! and another I am picking up this week which need some refurbishment and building my first in the background ... look forward to meeting everyone and gaining some knowledge !

She has just passed bath trials after an initial failure of a leak in the engine room and a blown fuse … my fault !!!
After some filler and some paint to the hull Bath trials completed
Now waiting on sea trials 🤞🤞🤞🤞

As i start out i notice many kits say to glue .... but what type of glue is best ? I have used balsa cement for balsa 😜 but how about for other woods ?
