Oh no Bill! 😮
That's not what I meant!
I meant start a thread and post your masterpieces under Non Hobby chat, not just erase your beautiful work😌🤔

Boat Shows

Hi BillD,
Wonderful stuff 👍
but in the wrong place 🤔
I'm sure members would love to see (and hear?) more of your amazing creations, so post them in the Forum category 'Non Hobby chat' please.
Non Hobby meaning - not boats or ships etc. 😉
Cheers, Doug 😎

Boat Shows

Following the 2019 show at Warwick, there was some talk of arranging a meeting point for any members who would like to meet up at future shows. This was the result of a failed attempt for Colin H and myself to meet. May I suggest that nearer the time, if anyone wants to we arrange a time and location for anyone interested to meet. Warwick or Blackpool or both. Input please!.

Cheers , Nerys

Boat Shows

Hi All.
I have posted two model shows on the Events page that I am directly connected to as an organiser or exhibitor.
Perhaps I could ask others to post the shows that are now confirmed for 2021 such as the Blackpool show and the Midlands Model Engineering show at Warwick and any other that are now going ahead.
Cheers 😀👍

Evidently Blackpool illuminations are planned to run from 3rd September to the 3rd January.
Very welcome news that the boat show is on too. At least that's two shows we have to look forward to. This is two months longer than usual to try and give local businesses a chance to make up for the ravages of covid lockdowns, so well done, Blackpool Council.

Cheers, Nerys

Thank you Doug, I didn't see that when I looked. Only hope we aren't in another lockdown by then!

Boat Shows

Hi Nerys,

I’ve just seen a post (on another site) from Meridienne stating that the Warwick show will take place on Nov 6/7 this year!

Has anyone heard if Blackpool, Warwick or any other Model Boat Shows likely to be held this year?
