Puffer Progress.

Nice job Gary👍. Had you thought of using a 1s LiPo (4v) might be more compact, or is the voltage not sufficient. I use one for my lights (7 LEDs) or the radio in my Hartley cabin boat, works well. You could also use a small 2s LiPo with a small Voltage regulator as well, for a bit more voltage if required.

Puffer Progress.

Puffer progress of late has become rather slow and almost ground to a halt. I made a decision to fit working lights into the wheelhouse, as I could do this and contain everything inside the wheelhouse with no trailing wires switches, and batteries going elsewhere. This is now wired and working although it needs to be tidied up with a 6 volt AAA switched battery pack fastened to the inside wheelhouse roof.
Gary Steam Marine, the only way to go.
