Solution find an electrician and have him bend a piece of EMT
Into a lifter for you shape in horse shoe with a hook on each end
Get some pipe insulation put it over the hooks to protect the hull
When you launch and recover the boat the lifter will keep it off the
Dock. I have maid one for a tug boat and a sail boat

Beautiful lake in a beautiful seaside community. Model yachts are raced and sailed here. Boat are Vintage Marbleheads 50-800, vintage 36-600, Soling 1M, East Coast 12 meter, DF-95, J-boats, weenips, lasers and assorted tug and power boats.
