Hi Garth I know what you mean, as I have a Lilla Dan sail training ship as per the plans of the Billing kit.
But my one has the plastic hull of the Graupner Elke fishing boat, and stern to end of bowsprit is 36 inches loa. At this size she sails nicely. She is complete with crew as well, making use of 2 different scales of figures, a smaller scale for the boys and another for the crew leaders. regards Roy ▲
