Update Have been in a little over two weeks now and all is going well. Can't believe how much I do like living on one level.I'm not going up and down stairs trying to find something I may not find it but it's all on one floor.I thought I would miss not stepping out of the door to get outside.Not so a walk to the elavater down to the parking and in the car. So far I'm liking 2023 will keep my fingers crossed.
Do hope 2023 is going well for all.

Your next decision is which spare bedroom becomes your new study come workshop, and can you use your garage for cutting timber and painting? Like Trev I've been round that loop twice - never again!
The second time was here in Germany (English wife, German law), very expensive😠
Coupla years later I met Gisela and we've been partners now (no piece of paper!) for 27 years😊
