Good luck finding animated figures. I am in the process of animating a couple of 1:12 scale figures. It is proving to be quite a challenge but I will post an article when they are done.

Not looking for just small figures, but those that have been animated (moving body parts).
I'm thinking some one has modified figures with likages inside that would be connected on one end to a body part and the other to a powered mechanism. Should be interesting!
BTW, I do my own 3D design and printing work.

Has anyone built any small (~1/25 scale and smaller) animated figures for scale model boats? I mean things like heads, arms torso, legs turning or moving, (excluding the animated rowing figures). If so, any photos or videos?
I have seen this with RC tanks in 1/16 scale, lifting binoculars to the eyes, head turning, etc. They are usually a single motion (probably by a knob, switch, or joystick to the servo) as opposed to some random circuit. Would be interesting to see instead of the "stiffs" on a model boat.
